Why should you spend more to do PT?

Find the class too slow and you would like to progress faster. Many advanced practitioners opt for PT as they get the undivided attention of the instructor, and not to forget, more adjustments. A minor adjustment can correct your alignment, improving your posture and reducing the risk of injury. In large group classes, injuries sometimes happen as instructors are unable to attend to all students at once. But in PT, you are always under the watchful gaze of the instructor.

A private yoga trainer can assess your current level, identify areas for improvement, help you better in the poses to achieve your specific goals, whether it’s increased flexibility, strength, or stress reduction.

Of course, since PT is a one-on-one type of training, chemistry and trust between the teacher and student are of utmost importance. Always make sure you communicate your concerns and are able to feel comfortable during your PT sessions. Master Amit

Main Instructor

Born in the Yoga capital of the world, Master Amit is someone who lives with passion and conviction. Having experienced family hardship from a young age, circumstances molded him into the tough leader he is today. Yet he maintains his soft heart for animals by leading a vegan lifestyle.

He completed his 200 RYT training course with Rishikesh Yogpeeth and has a Masters degree in yogic science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar.

Nam Yogi

Instructor

Nam obtained her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikesh Yogpeeth, India. She studied Yin Yoga, TCM and Anatomy Teacher Training (100 Yoga Alliance Hours) with Jo Phee.

Nam came in 2nd (Yogasana Category) in the 3rd National Yoga Sports Competition organised by Yoga Sports Association and represented Singapore in the 9th Asian Yoga Sports Championship in Yeosu, South Korea. She is also a certified Asian Yoga Referee.
