We offer a wide range of classes that are suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels
Hip Opening & Splits ( Level – Intermediate )
Long hours of sitting at the desk or doing sports like running and cycling can tighten the hips significantly, leading to discomfort and decreased mobility. As the hips and pelvis connect the upper and lower parts of the body, hip tightness not only affects the lower body but also disrupts overall alignment and functionality. When the hips are restricted, it causes the spine to be overused, which may lead to lower back pain and spine misalignments that can negatively impact daily activities and physical performance. This class will work on increasing flexibility in the quadriceps and hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, groin, and the pelvis, thereby addressing these issues directly. Through targeted stretching and strengthening exercises, participants will enhance their range of motion, improve circulation, and provide better support for the muscles of the spine. Additionally, the practice fosters greater body awareness, which is crucial for preventing injuries and promoting long-term joint health. With open hips, individuals can experience a more efficient movement pattern during various physical activities, leading to a more harmonious and empowered body.

Backbend & Twist ( Level – Intermediate )
Backbends are invigorating and energize the body, acting as a natural ‘antidepressant’. Heart-opening poses stretch and expand the chest, inducing deeper breathing and a feeling of wellness. This class will work on preparing the body for a safer practice in backbending, stressing the lengthening and use of the whole spine, in particular, the upper and middle back. Poses will work on building flexibility and strength in the spine, shoulders, chest, pelvis, and hip flexors. Students will be taught the correct technique in approaching various basic and advanced backbending postures.

Stretch & Twist ( Level – Intermediate )

With regular practice, they’ll improve your flexibility and will help you relieve ache and pain. When you do a yoga twist, it creates space and better blood circulation in the spinal muscles, and the digestive organs experience fresh blood flow rich in oxygen and nutrients.
